Quality Index of Bearing Assembly
The main quality indicators of bearing assembly are: general requirements, accuracy tolerance, clearance value, vibration and noise, grease injection, etc. The basic requirement of bearing assembly is to ensure the assembly quality index and make the fitting rate.

1. General requirements for bearings

General requirements for bearings include residual magnetism, surface quality, cleanliness, flexibility, packaging, etc. Surface quality, including signs, beauty and roughness, is not allowed to bump, crack, crush, black skin, burr, rust and other phenomena. Rotary flexibility refers to the finished bearing assembled in a complete set. There should be no bad phenomena such as stuck, stuck and sudden stop when it rotates.

2. Accuracy tolerance

Accuracy tolerance includes outline dimension tolerance, shape and position tolerance and rotation precision tolerance C dimension tolerance, shape and position tolerance and rotation precision tolerance. It refers to the technical parameters such as inner diameter, inner ring width, outer diameter, AL trap width, nominal width, radial runout and axial runout of finished bearing after assembly. It is the direct expression of bearing performance. The dimension tolerance, shape tolerance and rotation accuracy of rolling bearings have been listed as national or industrial standards. After scientific analysis and practical verification, the size of these parameters directly affects the installation and use accuracy of the main engine. According to the national standard, bearing accuracy can be divided into Po, P6, door, P4 and distance grades from low to high. Bearings of different precision grades are selected under different working conditions, and bearings of corresponding precision grades should meet the requirements of corresponding precision technical parameters stipulated by national or industrial standards.
